Option-légal agrees not to use your private information for any purpose other than the drafting of legal documents. Option-légal’s professionals are subject to the obligation of confidentiality provided for in the Professional Code, CQLR, c. C-26.

Lawyer-client relationship

Since Option-légal is a legal writing site only, there is no lawyer-client relationship that will be established.

Communication via a secure digital platform and by email

By choosing Option-légal, you agree that all communications will be made via the digital platform or by email.

Terms and conditions

Option-légal will not provide any service before having received all the documents and information required via your client file. A notification will be sent to the lawyers in charge of your file once this condition has been met in order to begin the drafting process.

Refund Policy

According to the opinion of the lawyer responsible for your file, if the latter concludes that no recourse is possible in your situation, Option-légal undertakes to reimburse you the price of the package. However, please note that all consultations and activities carried out in your file will not be credited.

If the package chosen is not suitable for your situation, the amount of the package can be transferred to another package. If there is a difference to be paid, it is at the customer’s expense.

Reproductions prohibited

All rights reserved, Option-légal is the owner of all the writings issued by the entity. Any reproduction, distribution, sale or modification without the consent of Option-légal is liable to legal consequences.

Compliance with this Agreement

In the event of non-compliance with this, Option-legal reserves the right to terminate any contract, without notice or delay.

Respect for the person

No lack of respect, no disparaging remarks, will be tolerated during the consultation, or during the exchanges between the professionals of Option-legal. If a situation of non-compliance or violence were to occur, Option-legal reserves the right to terminate any contract, without notice or delay.
